Who sells
Arobass, a company in Switzerland, sells the Tonalie phone greeting on tonalie.ch. Contact: contact@arobass.ai, +41 21 505 00 07. The offers are for businesses and are shown before tax. If a mandatory rule protects an individual, it applies.
The offers
Prices are those shown on the site when the period starts. Monthly is billed each month. Yearly equals ten months: two months are deducted.
- Essentiel — 59 CHF / month · 590 CHF / year. 1 number, 1 greeting, 1 voice, 150 minutes to mobiles in Switzerland, SMS and email.
- Pro — 99 CHF / month · 990 CHF / year. 2 numbers, 3 greetings, 500 minutes to mobiles in Switzerland, priority support.
- Équipe — 199 CHF / month · 1 990 CHF / year. Up to 5 numbers, advanced greetings, up to 3 voices, 1,200 minutes to mobiles in Switzerland, setup with you.
Beyond the allowance: 0,30 CHF HT per minute to mobiles in Switzerland. To France: 0,35 CHF HT per minute. A second line: 25 CHF HT / month, or 250 CHF HT / year. One call at a time per line.
Trial
The trial lasts 15 days. Your card is saved at signup. Nothing is charged during the trial; the first charge (incl. tax) is on day 15, then the subscription renews. Cancelling before that date in “Manage subscription” avoids that charge. The number is activated within 48 to 72 hours. The studio link arrives by email.
The number
Three paths: a new Tonalie number, porting your current number if the operator allows it (checked before activation), or forwarding from your line. Forwarding is set with your operator: it rings you first, otherwise Tonalie answers, often after 20 to 25 seconds. Not every number can be ported.
What the greeting does
The caller hears your business, not “Tonalie”. They pick a reason or leave a message. You receive an SMS and an email with their number and the reason. Four voices are ready (Paul, Camille, Hugo, Léa). Yours is recorded in the studio after you subscribe. On the site, only the demonstration voices are played. On the phone, the greeting you set is in French. The studio menu is prepared in French, English, German or Italian. The call does not switch language by itself.
Term and end
The period you pay for runs until it ends: the current month, or the year you paid. To stop or change offer, write to the publisher before renewal. Stopping takes effect at the end of the period already due. This page does not promise a refund of a month or year already started.
Payment
The form on the site records a request. It does not create the charge. Payment for the offers is handled by Stripe at the signup link. Tonalie does not keep the card number. The receipt and invoices are in the Stripe portal.
What is not promised
Tonalie plays your greeting and sends you the number and the reason. That does not guarantee the caller will be reached afterwards, nor a volume of calls, nor a callback time other than the one you choose.
Governing law
These terms follow Swiss law. If there is no amicable settlement, the courts of the defendant’s domicile have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.
