Terms of use
Last updated: 12 October 2026.
Purpose
These terms govern access to tonalie.ch, operated by Arobass, a company in Switzerland. Reading them means you accept them. The paid Tonalie service is in the terms of sale, not here.
Access
The site is free to access. Connection costs are yours. The publisher tries to keep it available, without promising uninterrupted access. Maintenance, a security measure or force majeure may interrupt it.
Demonstration
The voices, the names Atelier Morel and Étude Martin, and the SMS shown are a demonstration. They are not your greeting, and not a real call. The studio (app.tonalie.fr) is a separate space: these terms cover the public site.
What you do not do
- Break the law.
- Infringe the publisher’s rights or anyone else’s.
- Try to enter a non-public area, or disrupt the site.
Ownership
Text, images, demonstration audio, code and logos belong to the publisher or its partners, unless stated otherwise. Copying them without written agreement is not allowed.
Liability
The information on the site presents the offer. It does not replace the terms of sale. The publisher is not liable for an indirect loss that comes only from using this website.
Data
The detail is on the Privacy.
Changes
The publisher may change this page. The version online applies from the moment it is published.
Governing law
These terms follow Swiss law. If there is no amicable settlement, the courts of the defendant’s domicile have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.
